nmrglue.fileio.sparky.read_savefile

nmrglue.fileio.sparky.read_savefile(filename, spectrum_file=None)

Reads in a Sparky .save file and the corresponding spectrum (.ucsf) file. In addition to the usual dictionary contents that come with a .ucsf file, these additinal dictionary keys are created with the content from .save file: “spectrum”, “view”, “user” and “ornament”. The together contain all edits and annotations. By default, it tries to read in the spectrum file given in the .save file (but this fails many times due to relative paths in .save file)

Parameters

savefilestr

Filename of Sparky .save file.

spectrum_filestr

Filename of Sparky .ucsf file.

Returns

dicdict

Dictionary of Sparky .ucsf and .save parameters.

datandarray

Array of NMR data.
